How to avoid getting a fine of €3,310 - changes to the Slovak commercial code

All companies that were registered in the trade register of Slovakia before 01.10.2020 are required to indicate a Slovak identification number (rodné číslo). The information must be entered into the commercial register by September 30, 2022. If the data is not entered within the specified period, a fine of up to €3,310 may be imposed on the company or managing director.
